Author Guidelines

1. General Information

Cakravala: Journal of Integrated Health, Business, and Academia publishes original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers that have not been published or submitted elsewhere. All submissions must align with the journal’s focus and scope.

The journal is published four times a year (February, May, August, and November) and applies a double-blind peer-review process.

2. Article Types

3. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be written in English or Indonesian using clear and academic language.

Manuscript Structure:

• Title

• Author(s) name(s) (without academic titles)

• Affiliation(s) and corresponding author email

• Abstract (150–250 words)

• Keywords (3–5 keywords)

• Introduction

• Methods / Methodology

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion

• Acknowledgments (optional)

• References

4. Formatting Requirements

• File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

• Paper size: A4

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

• Line spacing: 1.5

• Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

• Length: 5,000–8,000 words (including references)

5. Citation and References

References should follow the APA (7th edition) citation style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

6. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using reputable plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with significant similarity will be rejected or returned for revision.

7. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS). Authors must ensure that the manuscript file is prepared for double-blind review (no author identity in the main file).

8. Review and Decision

Each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer-review. The editorial decision may be: accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected.

9. Article Processing Charge

Cakravala does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC). Submission and publication are free of charge.
